Wire Heart As the name suggests, a wire heart is suspended from 3mm wide ribbon. In this instance the colour scheme is silver and lilac … a silver heart is hung from lilac ribbon, the wording is printed in lilac onto a white hammered card which is mounted onto a lilac paper. The card is hammered white, and is approximately 140mm x 140mm. The wire hearts are finished in a silver or gold colour … after that the decision is simply which of the many hundreds of colours of ribbon available will you choose! This design would also suit a tall card (DL). As an alternative, why not have the heart mounted on mulberry paper or a mirror tile, or suspend it in an aperture cut from the front of the card.
