At the time of ordering it is quite normal not to have exact numbers for Orders of Service, Menus, Place Cards, Thank You Cards etc, however please provide your best estimate of quantities required. You can of course alter these quantities at any time prior to production. In addition you may not yet have decided on a guest book, photograph album or seating plan etc, and these can be added to the order at a later date if required. If a colour-match is necessary, once a design has been chosen it would be helpful if you could provide a swatch. Coordinating items available include:-
Please note that I also welcome enquiries for other ceremonies, such as reaffirmation of vows or gay blessings. You will receive a cost estimate at the design stage based on the complexity and materials used. There will be no hidden charges – envelopes, inserts and decorations will all be included in this price. You will also not be charged for our design service. The only additional cost is postage, which unfortunately cannot be calculated until the order size is known. You are of course welcome to collect your order, should you prefer. There is a minimum order quantity of twenty Custom-Designed Invitations. We will provide examples of wording which can be used in your invitations, or please feel free to supply your own words. It is however up to the bride and groom to ensure they have permission to use any materials, for example poems, which they ask us to include in their stationery. In particular, you indemnify Cards by Toni against any action brought against it for breach of Copyright. This may particularly apply to the hymns in your Order of Service, however your Church may have permission to use these.
