Block Heart

A block with a heart! In this example a rectangle has been heat embossed using a silver embossing powder onto a hammered white card. Onto this silver block a swirly heart is embossed using a two-tone razzleberry plum embossing powder. The design has then been deckle edged and highlighted with a silver colour pigment ink before being mounted with foam squares onto a hammered white card. In this instance the cards are approximately 105mm x 210mm, 105mm x 149mm, and 98mm square.

A simple design with no wording to the front, however it would also be beautiful heat embossed with complementary coloured wording! As with the majority of my designs, there are literally hundreds of different permutations to this card, from simply changing the colour of the background, to using different shaped blocks, emblems or embossing powders etc.
