1. It is assumed that all persons participating for & on behalf of YBA, or taking part in a YSBA/BA of E sanctioned event will not refuse publishing of their details on the YSBA Website, subject to the following limitations, unless the Web Administrator has been informed otherwise.

2. Published details of persons shall be limited to the following:

2.1. Players & Volunteers
limited to names and area represented only
e.g. Ann Other representing Sheffield

2.2. Committee Members
as players & volunteers plus telephone numbers and email details where appropriate

With the exception of YBA Committee members, contact details will not be published via the website. If necessary, details will be forwarded via email, telephone or post.

3. Photographs of players & volunteers under the age of 16 shall be limited in their format to ensure that quality will not be suitable for printing purposes. Captions shall be limited as 2.1 above, but including first names only.

4. Links to Badminton Clubs shall not be added to the Website unless those clubs are accredited to the BE.
